…the weather in LA has been amazing this week, which always makes we want to leave my little neighborhood in Weho and head over to the West Side. The beach, the surf, the sand and even better… an amazing boutique in Venice called Guild.

I found this store recently when I was doing some shopping on Abbot Kinney and I instantly fell in love. Guild is like a gallery only instead of hanging art, they feature beautiful designers you would never usually find at the beach. It almost seems like an oxymoron if you will, yet it is totally genius.
Christopher Rosen, who opened Guild almost 2 years ago, has an incredible eye for fashion stocking favorites for men and women like Rick Owens DRK SHDW, Ann Demeulemeester, Haider Ackerman, Margiela, and Raif…just to name a few. He also carries amazing jewelry designers that you don’t find all that often like Tobias Wistisen, Vanessa Dee (love), and Geoffrey Young. And I cannot forget to mention the Jas M.B. handbags – I have a serious obsession with the Meli Medium in Red (s/s12).

When in Venice, make sure to stop in Guild to tempt your taste buds. You will not be disappointed as this “gallery” is unlike the rest – feel free to touch anything you like. Oh…and we will!
