..I thought the best way to kick off our week would be with one of my favorite stores that I visited while on my recent trip to New York. Isabel Marant is one of my favorite designers and her Soho store was just as amazing as I had imagined.

While in the city, I stayed at 60 Thompson which made it ever so easy to walk over to the corner of Greene and Broome to see the first (and only) Isabel Marant US boutique. The space is large, open, and airy with ceiling to floor windows and honey wood floors. The architecture is very modern with a cocoon like structure (housing accessories!) built in the center.

It’s no surprise to every which way I turned, I found something else that was a very justifiable purchase. From beautiful dresses, slim fit pants, chunky knits, and tomboy jackets – this store really hit me where it hurts! Her Parisian cool styling and easy to wear pieces makes Isabel Marant an obvious go to for any occasion. Just be sure when you shop the store you are ready to over indulge.
