…as much as I write about amazing clothing boutiques, I love interior design and home decorating. And tonight, one of my favorite interior designers, Barclay Butera, is launching his second book, Living on the Coast, with a signing party at the L’Ermitage hotel in Beverly Hills.
With a beautiful store nestled in the heart of the La Cienega Design Quarter (along with two others in Newport Beach and Park City) , Barclay Butera has a passion for attainable luxury – creating “glamorous and completely approachable” interiors. This retail showroom is stocked full of his signature furniture, bedding, rugs, art and even his own collection of candles.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Butera will add a second book to his list of amazing career accomplishments. (The first was Living in Style, released in the Fall of 2008.) This coffee table gem is called Living on the Coast and highlights his pattern on pattern signature design style. From gorgeous homes to traditional beach cottages, Barclay Butera takes us through his creations of inspiring interiors with coastal charm.
So if you want to get a little coastal inspiration, come to the L’Ermitage tonight to pick up a copy of the book from the designer himself. You will be one step closer to bringing that beach lifestyle right to your home…
