…amongst all your usual suspects – Prada, Gucci, Fendi, Dior – I would have never thought I could find a quaint, little vintage jewelry store like this in the middle of Aspen. Walking down Galena Street, I came across the UTE City Building and found Von Freytag Vintage. It is a teeny, tiny store home to very well priced, one of a kind, jewelry, handbags, scarves, and a select assortment of clothing. Giselle, the owner who is originally from NYC but now calls Aspen home, travels the globe on the off season to find each piece.

After looking through everything on each and every display (and becoming bestie’s with the girl working there), I found myself a beautiful gold patterned bangle bracelet – perfect addition to the collection I was currently featuring on my left wrist. I love when I find little shops that are off the beaten (cobblestone) path. Check it out if you love unique, vintage pieces.
