…only straight from the mouth of one of my favorite interior designers, Martyn Lawrence-Bullard. I truly think he would say that when walking into the new Restoration Hardware Gallery on Beverly Blvd. Now I will be the first to say – this is not a blog about chain stores by any means – but this is a new concept store for RH and it was too amazing not to write about.
So I have already admit my obsession with clothes and shoes…and I know majority of my posts have been about that exact topic, but I do admit, I have a weakness for beautiful furniture. (I should not have gone there by myself – safety in numbers!) And if you also love interior design – I highly recommend a stop here. My eagle eye caught sight of this store before the sign had even gone up, and as it is tucked away on a perfect little curve just before Robertson, I was immediately obsessed. It is not the typical furniture store – this is something totally different and absolutely amazing.
I recommend starting your experience in the european garden as they call it. I like to refer to it as the beyond inviting, breathtaking outdoor living room area. If you valet, the big gates will be right there, welcoming you in. It is a heaven that I dream about for outdoor entertaining…

Once you get through each magical sitting area outside – and I literally envisioned where I would put each and every piece in my pretend backyard – you will walk through the large doors and enter into a decorator’s paradise. Room after room of amazing pieces, art on the walls, incredible lamps, side tables, and let’s not forget the beyond imagination chandeliers. It will take your breath away.

Make sure to stop by the Fresh Floral Boutique for unique flowers and arrangements. There is also a Tea Atelier where everything is organic.

Like I said, this is a dream for anyone who loves interior designer – professional or not. And don’t worry, the bill won’t be as painful as you think…that is unless you are a client of Mr. Lawrence-Bullard.
