Offering the best selection of chocolates you have ever tasted (and I have tasted a lot), Edelweiss takes pride in the love they put into each and every piece. All the candy is made on site in their chocolate factory using the original machines from the when the store first opened in 1942. Remember the famous “I Love Lucy” episode where she and Ethel are stuffing chocolates in their mouth? Well, this is where it all went down! When you stop in, make sure to meet Madlyn and Steve, the husband and wife behind this sweet shop. They are absolutely adorable and will happily give you a tour.

Edelweiss has been a Beverly Hills tradition for many years, but I can’t take credit for finding this chocolate boutique full of beyond delicious edibles. It is a tradition in my boyfriends’ family and they were the ones that introduced me…his mom had a bowl of the chocolate covered pretzels at their holiday party a few years back and needless to say, I saw the bottom of the bowl that night. Try those along with the chocolate covered marshmallows – my new obsession this season. You will thank me later!
